I went wakeboarding for the first time on Sunday, had a great time and managed to get up and around the course on my second attempt – I think snowboarding for 17 odd years definitely helped out. The following day though the pain in my upper body muscles was pretty bad. I thought tomorrow will be better and that it couldn’t possibly get any worse… two days on and I was terribly wrong! Simple things like getting dressed and washing my hands are painful and difficult – must do more exercise in preparation for the next attempt. Definitely worth it though.
Anyway, I just watched this video from Liquid Force with Shawn Watson and thought I would share. Enjoy the intro, the wakeboarding starts eventually 🙂
